No problem, we are here for you to answer your questions if they arise. Unlike some companies after they get your money you'll never hear from them again, if there is a problem, we are available to make sure you are satisfied with your wearing experience, or e-mail your concern to sales@bigbra.com or call 434-352-0174.

Why does your URL say "FatCow" when I make an order?

FatCow is our Internet hosting company, like "Go Daddy" that many people have seen on T.V. and maybe familiar with, or any other host. It is not meant to be a derogatory or subliminal remark, just a coincidence and we use their secure server to safely and securely process your order.

When I try to order a bra why won't it take my order?

If you are ordering a Suzanne™ Bra make sure you have noted our style i.e. C100 and your previous size i.e. 20/13 correctly. If you are missing a required field the for will either give you a dialog box informing you which fields are incorrect or it will mark the boxes in red. If you have never ordered a Suzanne™ Bra, you must first order a fitting system to get your properly fitted Suzanne™ Bra.
